Relativity Space is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the creation, development, streamlining, and elimination of systems engineering processes across the company. The role focuses on identifying process pain points, collaborating with Software and IT, and prototyping, implementing, and rolling out processes, tools, and automation to improve design and test collaboration. The position requires a BS in Engineering or a related field, at least five years of systems engineering experience, successful department- or company-wide process development, experience working with IT and DevOps teams, and at least one full life-cycle experience in process or tool development. A graduate degree, complex-systems experience, scripting, and Model-Based Systems Engineering experience are preferred. The hiring range is $132,000 to $198,000 USD, with equity, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, and a learning and development stipend.
