Tech 7 is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer – Command & Control (C2) Satellite Systems in El Segundo to lead the architecture, integration, requirements, verification, testing, and sustainment of mission-critical satellite command and control systems for Space Systems Command. The role involves defining C2 interfaces, supporting ground-segment and spacecraft integration, conducting trade studies and technical assessments, collaborating with government and industry partners, and mentoring engineering staff. Candidates must obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, and have 15+ years of systems engineering experience, including 10+ years supporting satellite command and control, TT&C, or ground-segment systems. The position is onsite with moderate travel and an annual pay range of $183,000 to $261,000.
