Atlas Technica is hiring a full-time, dedicated onsite Sr. Systems Engineer in Austin, Texas. The role provides escalated IT support, resolves technical issues, maintains client technology environments, and mentors junior systems engineers. Responsibilities include Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, networking, Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking equipment, endpoint threat management, documentation, change control, and technology evaluation. The position requires at least three years of relevant IT experience, prior managed service provider experience, and the ability to work onsite full-time.
