Synectic Solutions is hiring a Sr. Systems Engineer – Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Training Systems to support the Tactical Combat Training System Increment II (TCTS II) / ATLaS program at the Naval Aviation Training Systems and Ranges Program Office in Lexington Park, Maryland. The role provides programmatic or technical leadership, applies systems engineering methods, supports LVC architecture and configuration control, and guides the engineering development of complex systems. It is a hybrid position requiring local telework and on-site work at NAS Patuxent River, and requires U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret clearance, a technical or scientific degree, and at least ten years of recent and relevant engineering experience, including three years related to DoD systems.
