Description
Teledyne FLIR Defense is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on support for the production of complex, semi-custom infrared imaging systems. The role focuses on electrical and system-level integration, transferring products from development through pilot and full production, coordinating manufacturing resources and tooling, leading design reviews, troubleshooting failures, and improving product, process, reliability, and cost performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a master’s degree is preferred.
