Description
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a System Safety Engineer to support missile launching system programs. The role performs independent and team-led system safety engineering, including requirements, interface, and operations analysis; system safety test and verification; and analysis and design support for hardware and software. The engineer will also contribute to improving system safety processes and methodologies. The position requires a B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or an equivalent technical discipline, at least five years of related experience, and familiarity with MIL-STD-882E and other safety standards.
