PointClickCare is hiring an Instructional Designer to develop and manage learning programs, eLearning, instructor-led training, performance support, workshops, and other educational solutions. The role collaborates with HR business partners and senior leaders, conducts skills assessments, aligns learning with business goals and software release cycles, manages instructional-design projects, and uses learning metrics to drive continuous improvement. The position requires extensive experience in instructional design and development across multiple learning channels, with adult-learning and blended-learning expertise preferred. The Canada base salary range is $88,000–$98,000 plus bonus and benefits.
