The role evaluates candidates through past technical projects, problem-solving approaches, and structured technical conversations; builds pipelines for backend, frontend, DevOps, and data infrastructure engineers; targets passive talent; and mentors junior recruiters. The desired profile includes 10+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on senior engineering roles, a track record of closing Staff or Principal-level hires at product or deep-tech companies, and strong storytelling and technical curiosity.
