NinjaHoldings is hiring a Sr. Technical Business Analyst to lead business analysis and reporting initiatives for its engineering and product teams. The role partners with business, engineering, data engineering, analytics, and finance stakeholders; defines requirements, data models, metrics, and reporting solutions; develops and troubleshoots SQL and dbt models; and ensures data quality, compliance, and adoption. The position may manage and mentor junior analysts, requires at least six years of business analysis experience including senior or leadership experience, and offers flexible remote work with a downtown Chicago office.
