Egnyte is hiring a Senior Professional Services Consultant (Developer) to lead customer implementation projects and architect end-to-end technical solutions for secure multi-cloud content deployments. The role covers API integrations, authentication, iPaaS and automation workflows, AI-augmented content processes, customer requirements gathering, testing, documentation, technical stakeholder communication, pre-sales scoping and demonstrations, and feedback to Engineering, Product, and Support. Candidates need at least five years of relevant technical experience, including two years in a customer-facing technical role, enterprise SaaS implementation experience, strong software development skills, and familiarity with cloud, API, authentication, AI/LLM, iPaaS, and software development tooling.
