Reformation is hiring a Senior Technical Designer for an on-site full-time Monday-Friday role at its Vernon office. The position manages garment specifications and standards in PLM, oversees apparel from concept through production approval, develops tech packs, flat patterns, fit comments, and graded patterns, inspects samples, coordinates with Quality Control, and works with overseas factories. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 8–10+ years of technical design experience, expertise in women’s apparel, garment construction, grading, pattern making, and factory experience. The anticipated base salary is $100,000–$120,000 plus 5% eligibility, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement planning, and other benefits.
