Amazon Operations Infrastructure Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead a large, multi-year cross-organization program involving 30+ teams across Amazon Robotics, AFT, and OpsTechIT. The role manages complex infrastructure builds and improvements from concept through delivery, coordinates technical and business stakeholders, influences strategy and resource allocation, resolves conflicts, mitigates risks, and communicates data-driven insights to directors and vice presidents. Candidates need at least five years of program or technical project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field, and experience with information technology infrastructure, engineering teams, and large-scale projects.
