Larson Design Group is hiring a Senior Technical Manager/Sr. Engineer (PE) to serve as a visible technical leader and trusted advisor to clients across industrial, higher education, and hospitality projects. The role leads design activities, quality assurance and quality control reviews, budgets, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and project delivery; signs and seals engineering documents; performs independent planning and design work; and mentors junior staff. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, and an active Professional Engineer license, with AutoCAD Civil 3D or hydrologic and hydraulic software proficiency preferred.
