QuEra is hiring a full-time Senior Technical Program Manager in Boston to lead the cross-functional development program for its next-generation quantum computing system. The role coordinates hardware, software, research, operations, strategic partners, and product delivery; translates technical roadmaps into executable plans; tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, and contractual obligations; and supports launch readiness for a quantum computing service. The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant technical field and experience managing complex technical programs involving R&D and partner collaboration, with a preferred background in quantum computing or related fields.
