SecondShop is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core B2B transportation-platform capabilities. The role focuses on backend products and services supporting shipment lifecycle management, pricing, dispatch, carrier management, tracking, document management, invoicing, reporting, and integrations with customers, carriers, TMS, ERP, telematics, mapping, payment, and EDI systems. The product manager will partner with engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams; define technical solutions and product requirements; establish KPIs; and lead delivery from discovery through launch and iteration. The position requires at least five years of product management experience, including substantial experience with technical, B2B, or platform products, and offers flexible remote work with occasional travel.
