Description
Axon is hiring a Program Manager, Adoption & Enablement to own adoption and enablement programs for the Axon Fusus platform across internal and external audiences. The role combines program management with instructor-led training, curriculum development, quality assurance, deployment validation, post-deployment sustainment, and customer escalation support. It is hybrid and based at Axon hub sites in Atlanta, Boston, Scottsdale, or the Seattle metro area, with approximately 50% travel. The position reports to the Sr. Director, RTO SaaS Delivery and requires experience delivering training to audiences of more than 50 participants, developing structured enablement programs, and independently engaging technical and operational audiences.
