AWS is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Foundations team within the Agentic WorkSpaces organization. The role owns end-to-end execution of cross-team initiatives involving remote display protocols, streaming infrastructure, observability, and enterprise security; coordinates distributed US and Europe engineering teams; manages dependencies, risks, launch readiness, program health, and release schedules; and partners with product management. The position requires at least five years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams, three years of software development experience, project management expertise, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field. The Seattle, Washington location offers a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually, plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
