Amazon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Device Troubleshooting Services team to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve device stability, reduce resource utilization, and enhance troubleshooting and observability. The role coordinates engineering, data engineering, applied science, business intelligence, and senior stakeholders; defines strategy, requirements, processes, schedules, KPIs, and trade-off decisions; and drives large-scale programs across Amazon Devices. Candidates need at least seven years of engineering-team experience, five years of technical product or program management experience, and three years of software development experience.
