Amazon Leo is hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager for its Secure Communications team to manage complex technical programs involving test, verification, and harness requirements for complex systems. The role coordinates engineering, product, and business teams; decomposes requirements into software and hardware requirements; manages cross-disciplinary dependencies; and develops program processes and tools. It requires extensive technical product and program management experience, direct engineering-team experience, software development experience, and cross-functional release coordination. The position is onsite in Redmond, Washington, requires U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status, and offers a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually plus benefits.
