Mastercard is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its STRM-Security Threat and Response Management team. The role leads complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through launch, coordinating engineering, product, security, architecture, and business stakeholders; managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery commitments; and establishing program governance and operational excellence. The position also mentors junior technical program managers and requires strong technical depth, stakeholder influence, Agile delivery expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
