Description
Parloa is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise Agentic AI deployments, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. The role owns delivery scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies; serves as the primary delivery contact for enterprise customers; coordinates technical and cross-functional teams; manages governance, escalations, and implementation partners; and mentors junior TPMs. Candidates need at least six years of relevant experience, strong technical and stakeholder credibility, and experience with complex enterprise implementations. The role offers an on-target earnings range of $170,000 to $210,000 USD plus equity.
