Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager, Controls Software to lead end-to-end delivery of vehicle controls software across current and future platforms. The role manages cross-functional execution across controls engineering, systems engineering, ECU owners, software platforms, validation, manufacturing, vehicle integration, and suppliers; coordinates software development, integration, release planning, validation, deployment, risk management, and launch readiness; and supports manufacturing and end-of-line software readiness. Candidates need at least 8 years of automotive software, embedded systems, systems engineering, product development, or technical program management experience, including 5+ years leading complex cross-functional software and hardware development programs, along with a relevant bachelor's degree.
