Microsoft Specialized Clouds is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the growth, execution, and operational excellence of PLx, a mission-critical cloud capability supporting government and regulated workloads. The role partners with engineering, operations, security, compliance, finance, and business teams; coordinates strategic initiatives; improves operational efficiency through process definition, automation, and continuous improvement; supports executive and customer engagements; and uses operational data to inform investment and service decisions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant experience, two years managing cross-functional projects, and an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $119,800 to $234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
