Description
Vultr is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex, large-scale AI data center build programs. The role owns multiple workstreams, facilitates high-stakes decisions, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, maintains program schedules and risks, communicates technical updates to executives, and drives organizational change during rapid scaling. Candidates need at least 10 years of program management experience in technical or infrastructure organizations, expertise with Smartsheet and Jira Plans, strong stakeholder influence, organizational change management experience, and knowledge of data center deployments and multi-vendor build lifecycles. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000, with benefits including company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, professional development reimbursement, paid time off, and remote-office stipends.
