Charm Industrial is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in its Engineering Department to oversee complex, cross-functional engineering programs across Biomass, Pyrolysis, and Injection. The role manages program schedules and milestones, tracks technical and financial metrics, coordinates engineering, R&D, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders, and supports system design, procurement, commissioning, testing, and handoff to operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and 5–8+ years of program or project management experience in an engineering or technology-driven environment.
