Description
The Sr. Technical Program Manager, FDE Engagements oversees the full lifecycle of forward-deployed engineering engagements in which MongoDB Forward Deployed Engineers partner with customer engineering teams to build AI agents. The role coordinates onboarding, access planning, technical design, agent development, deployment, risk management, stakeholder communication, and engagement readouts; it also drives product feedback and identifies opportunities for continued FDE support. The position requires at least five years of experience leading complex technical programs or engineering initiatives in customer-facing enterprise software, platform, infrastructure, or applied AI environments, along with strong AI application architecture, cross-functional, and communication skills.
