QuEra is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Boston to lead program management for the delivery and operation of its gate-based quantum computers, starting with Aquila and Gemini and extending to future systems. The role coordinates hardware and software engineering, research, operations, customers, partners, and external stakeholders; manages product launches, customer projects, system integrations, development milestones, risks, schedules, documentation, and reporting; and supports progress toward industrial-grade quantum computing platforms. The position requires an engineering background and experience in technical program management, system delivery, or complex technical products, with a base salary of $170,000–$250,000 and equity grants.
