Description

AWS is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of GPU-accelerated servers across its global fleet. The role coordinates hardware, firmware, software, operations, and ODM partners; develops requirements, timelines, risk and quality systems, qualification gates, and production handoffs; and drives decisions on trade-offs, mitigations, and fleet reliability. The position is based in Seattle, Austin, or Cupertino and offers a base salary of $148,700–$231,400 annually depending on location, plus benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of technical product or program management experience working directly with multiple engineering teams
5+ years of experience driving hardware development programs through design, validation, manufacturing, and fleet deployment
Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure design, automation, deployment, and support
Experience facilitating technical and architectural trade-off discussions with senior leadership
5+ years coordinating complex server programs with ODM/JDM partners across multiple geographies
5+ years working with GPU/accelerator server platforms, NPI, or hardware qualification programs
Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective action processes for fleet-scale hardware reliability
Knowledge of the server hardware development lifecycle, including electrical and mechanical design, firmware, thermal and power validation, and manufacturing testing
