Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager I to manage programmes spanning Product, Engineering, and UX organisations. The role coordinates enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements, leads project planning, identifies and mitigates risks, drives stakeholder reporting, and facilitates communication across technical and product teams. It is a remote position based in Bulgaria, reporting to the Director, Technical Program and Operations, and requires at least four years of relevant programme or project management experience, technical API knowledge, strong communication skills, and English fluency.
