Miovision is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager - Product Development to lead 1–3 complex product programs spanning hardware, firmware, cloud software, operations, validation, release, and commercial launch. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Hardware, the role integrates Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Go-To-Market teams; develops master plans and dependency maps; manages risks and tradeoffs; enforces readiness criteria; and improves program governance. The position is a flexible hybrid role based in Kitchener, Ontario, and requires cross-functional leadership, systems thinking, technical depth, and experience with connected-device or complex product launches.
