Description
Lucid is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead program execution for Restraints Engineering. The role integrates supplier development, planning BOM maturity, engineering changes, cost, parts procurement, logistics, and system validation into an operational delivery plan. The manager will coordinate with restraints engineers, suppliers, test teams, purchasing, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and interior and seating teams, while managing risks, dashboards, KPIs, and cross-functional material flow for domestic and international engineering builds and tests. The position requires at least five years of related experience, automotive and lean manufacturing experience, project management and stakeholder-management skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or supply chain field. The base pay range is $146,100 to $200,860 USD annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
