KLA is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead sophisticated eBeam inspection product development programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing. The role manages cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, applications, service, quality, supplier, and operations activities; develops program plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive communications; makes technical and business trade-off decisions; supports customer and beta-site activities; and influences product strategy and technology roadmaps. The position requires extensive experience in technical program management, semiconductor capital equipment, inspection, metrology, systems engineering, and related technologies, with a strong understanding of scanning electron microscopy, wafer inspection systems, electron optics, and related technologies. The primary location is Milpitas, California, United States, with a base pay range of $205,800 to $308,733 annually.
