Description
Amazon is hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end software development lifecycle processes, influence product and delivery roadmaps, improve delivery quality and speed, share best practices, and manage technical programs across supply chain, logistics, onboarding, network planning, shipment lifecycle, customer support, billing, payments, and claims. The role requires extensive experience working with engineering teams, technical product or program management, software development, cross-functional program management, roadmap strategy, and preferably project management, KPI/SLA reporting, and FinTech payment systems.
