Amazon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program strategy and execution across Last Mile Delivery. The role owns complex, cross-functional programs spanning business, product, engineering, science, and operations teams; translates requirements into specifications and roadmaps; leads design and implementation; manages trade-offs and release schedules; and communicates with senior leaders. Candidates need at least seven years of technical product or program management experience, four years of project management experience, three years of technical program management with software engineering teams, experience managing cross-functional programs, system-level technical design experience, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
