Vinted is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the company’s AI platform from strategy through delivery. The role will establish an AI adoption strategy, build measurement and compliance frameworks, deliver standardized AI tooling, run data-driven trials, remove adoption blockers, and manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. Candidates need senior technical program or project management experience, software engineering or engineering management experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, and familiarity with AI-powered developer tools and LLM workflows. The position offers a hybrid model with two recommended office days and a gross monthly salary of €6,233–€9,167.
