Vinted is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the company’s AI platform from strategy through delivery. The role will establish an AI adoption strategy, measurement framework, standardized tooling, trials, reliability, security, and compliance; manage a portfolio of initiatives; and drive accountability across engineering leadership. Candidates need senior technical program or project management experience, software engineering or engineering management experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, familiarity with AI-powered developer tools and LLM workflows, and strong cross-functional communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model, home-office support, and an annual gross salary of €92,200–€135,600 excluding 8% holiday pay.
