Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-organizational coordination and external collaboration for high-priority sustainability science programs within its Worldwide Sustainability team. The role owns stakeholder engagement, data and information-sharing agreements, external research partnerships, program roadmaps, governance, budgets, and delivery cadences, translating scientific and engineering priorities into scalable pilots and decision-support tools. It requires at least five years of technical product or program management experience, roadmap strategy experience, and cross-functional program coordination experience. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
