Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Ground Systems Project Lead to manage the full lifecycle of ground system development and production fluid system projects at its Florida Orbital Launch Site and manufacturing facilities. The role owns scope, schedule, budget, risks, technical performance, change control, and capital project estimates; coordinates engineering, construction, procurement, facilities, safety, quality, finance, and supply chain teams; supports checkpoint reviews and anomaly investigations; and mentors project team members. The position requires a STEM engineering bachelor's degree, at least eight years of complex cross-organizational capital project experience, and U.S. citizenship or equivalent legal status. Relocation is provided, travel is expected up to 25%, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid leave, and stock options.
