Synergis is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for its Delivery team to qualify client opportunities, source and screen technical talent, negotiate compensation, present offers, conduct reference checks, maintain recruiting records, and support business development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and two years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency. Compensation is an annual base salary of $66,150 plus competitive commission and bonus, with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and other benefits available to full-time employees.
