Playlist is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and platform development roles across its ClassPass and Mindbody businesses. The role partners with engineering and product leaders, builds talent pipelines, improves recruiting metrics, champions inclusive hiring, and represents the company at industry events. Candidates should have at least four years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, technical knowledge of programming, system architecture, and development workflows, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and comfort working across time zones.
