LinkedIn is hiring a full-cycle Sr. Technical Recruiter for its Engineering Talent Acquisition team. The role owns the end-to-end recruiting process for complex engineering and systems infrastructure positions, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, engagement, offer management, and closing; it also partners with hiring managers, improves candidate and hiring-manager experiences, manages pipelines and custom requisitions, and contributes to talent strategy and process improvements. The position is hybrid and based in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco, with a base salary of $121,000 to $197,000.
