The role requires at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong sourcing, analytical, interpersonal, and judgment skills. It is an onsite position in the Redlands, California area, with relocation assistance and a base salary range of $86,528 to $142,792 USD.
