Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Sr. Technical Service Advisor to represent HPE Networking customers and Juniper, manage post-sales service issues, coordinate advanced care and premium care deliverables, escalate critical network issues, and provide technical analysis and consulting. The role requires 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting datacenter and IP/MPLS networks, along with knowledge of core and advanced networking technologies, customer-facing experience, and strong communication skills.
