Uber is hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to build and execute targeted sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and partner with hiring managers to scale engineering teams across North America. The role involves data-driven conversations with senior leaders, candidate advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and improving the candidate experience. Candidates need at least four years of sourcing and recruiting experience, including technical sourcing in a fast-paced environment, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred qualifications include five or more years of high-level engineering sourcing, funnel-data and market-insight use, diverse-pipeline development, and strong systems thinking. Base salaries range from USD 110,000 to USD 135,000 per year depending on the United States location.
