Description
Abbott is hiring a Senior Technical Writer for its Madison, Wisconsin, Cancer Diagnostics location. The role creates and maintains technical documentation for instruments, automation, test platforms, products, SOPs, protocols, reports, and training materials; leads documentation projects; mentors other writers; and partners with engineering, regulatory, quality, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of technical writing experience in engineering or biotechnology, and three years of regulated document-control experience. The base salary is $78,000 to $156,000, with 10% travel required.
