Themis Insight is hiring a Senior Technical SIGINT Compliance Subject Matter Expert to work in the Fort Meade, Maryland vicinity, with the location subject to change based on client needs. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and deep technical knowledge of signal characteristics, compliance practices, RF and digital signal processing, and related SIGINT applications. The position may be at Level 2 or Level 3, with experience and degree requirements varying accordingly, and includes training, requirements and test-plan development, legacy application work, independent judgment, and mentoring.
