Description
SGS is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to lead a multi-client electromagnetic testing laboratory in Lawton, Oklahoma, overseeing RF, antenna over-the-air (OTA), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing. The role develops laboratory operations, mentors test engineers, troubleshoots client issues, manages scheduling and project prioritization, and produces compliance-ready test reports and certificates. It requires 5–8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years with a master’s degree, strong RF/OTA/EMC and aerospace/defense standards knowledge, and experience with automated test stands and client-facing project management. The position offers a base salary of $128,000 to $138,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and no H1 sponsorship; it is anticipated to close September 28, 2026.
