JetCool is hiring a Senior Thermal Systems Engineer in Littleton, Massachusetts, to lead thermal-fluid architecture, product requirements, advanced modeling, and performance optimization across multiple liquid-cooling programs. The role owns thermal, hydraulic, environmental, controls, and operating requirements; develops 1D and CFD models; leads component sizing and testing; supports architecture reviews and production readiness; and mentors thermal engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience and typically 8+ years of thermal-fluid analysis and hardware-development experience, with liquid-cooling and datacenter experience preferred.
