Description
Peloton is hiring a Senior Tooling Engineer to lead and optimize tooling development from design through mass production with ODMs and CMs. The role covers DFM/DFA reviews, tooling design and validation, NPI execution, supplier and ODM/CM management, tooling maintenance and audits, PPAP and quality alignment, and cost and capacity optimization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of hands-on tooling engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing, proficiency with CAD and simulation tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% to manufacturing and supplier locations.
