Baxter is hiring a Senior Trade and Customs Analyst to support U.S. and international import and export operations, customs compliance, trade programs, and supply chain security. The role partners with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, finance, legal, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to manage compliance obligations, resolve shipment delays, conduct audits and post-entry reviews, analyze trade data, and identify duty-cost savings. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, LCB certification, strong customs and trade-program knowledge, and experience in a regulated industry. The estimated base salary is $76,000 to $104,500 annually, with possible discretionary bonuses; visa sponsorship is not available.
